Your privacy at AIM.
Effective September 13, 2026. This policy describes the AIM application funnel and optional Will (AI) voice assistant.
Applications and contact details
When you apply, we collect your name, business or team, email and/or phone, provisional track, optional team size, your business goal and optional timeline. We use these details to review and respond to your application. Applying does not enroll you or subscribe you to marketing.
Application and confirmed voice-lead records are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV for up to one year. The browser also sends application details to Web3Forms for email delivery. We retain a hashed IP address and rate-limit request data to prevent abuse. Avoid confidential business information in the form.
The optional voice conversation
Will (AI) is an AI assistant using William DeVito’s cloned voice with his permission. It is not William speaking live. Your microphone stays off until you explicitly consent in the disclosure gate.
If you consent, your audio is recorded, transcribed and processed by ElevenLabs and its service providers to generate replies. AIM stores post-call transcript records and summaries for up to 180 days. Contact details you explicitly confirm may be stored as a lead for up to one year. An AI response can be mistaken; published confirmed program information governs.
ElevenLabs recording retention and deletion configuration
You can end the conversation at any time and use the written application. Ending stops the microphone session; it does not erase records already processed. We do not collect microphone audio merely because you browse the page. Class sessions themselves are never recorded; the optional website AI conversation is a separate service.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts this website and stores application records. Web3Forms processes browser application notifications. ElevenLabs and its service providers process optional AI voice conversations. These providers may process data outside your state or country according to their service terms and privacy policies.

Storage and choices
Track selections and voice consent are kept in memory for the current page session. No analytics or advertising tracker is installed by this build. Essential hosting and service-provider security logs may still be generated. You may choose not to use the voice assistant or submit an application.
Privacy requests
To ask about access, correction or deletion of a record, contact the AIM operator. Do not send identity documents through the application form.
